Flipper and Evil Dr. Thorax’s search for information on their mysterious origin has led them to the University of Butterlandia, where they search for their missing comrade, Heavy Bob. However, their ride on the university’s monorail is interrupted by the psychotic administrator Equinimius St. John, who wants to stop their search forever. Will Flipper and Thorax get the intel they need from Heavy Bob, or will the monorail careen out of control first?
